Yin Yoga is the antidote to your busy modern life.
Every Tuesday at 8.15pm, we meet on Zoom to release stress and tension, aid sleep, and support women’s health and fertility.
UNWINDING / TRE®
TRE® is somatic, stress release tool to regulate the nervous system, release the imprint of past trauma, and naturally shake off any tension and stress that is stuck inside of the body.
WOMEN’S RETREATS
Well-being retreats for women to help you rest, release and recharge. They are the perfect blend of laughing, crying, healing, resting and joy.
Hi, I’m Laura,
Women’s Health Expert, Yin Yoga Teacher, TRE® Practitioner & Acupuncturist in training.
I have been studying periods, menstrual cycles, fertility, and the female body since coming off hormonal contraception and losing my period at aged 27 (I’m now 38).
I work with a variety of modalities to offer a body-first approach to women’s health that roots in education, cyclical living and somatic practices.
