About Me
Helping women understand and support their bodies from the inside out.
I'm a licensed Acupuncturist, Yin Yoga Teacher, TRE® Practitioner and Retreat Leader. I take a body-first approach to women's health and am passionate about supporting women through stress, anxiety, fertility and menstrual health challenges, and life’s many transitions and chapters.
Many of the women I work with come to me feeling disconnected from their bodies. They're navigating stress, emotional challenges, or life transitions, alongside menstrual cycle changes, fertility, or that feeling that something isn't quite right.
I understand that feeling because I've been there myself.
I spent my 20's working in corporate marketing in London, busy, stressed and always out. I overexercised, skipped meals, and was very disconnected from my body. At 27, I came off the contraceptive pill, and it changed everything for me.
The menstrual cycle I knew stopped, and I was left with painful, irregular periods and inflamed skin, yet very few answers from my GP other than to go back on the pill.
I wanted to understand what had happened to my body, so I started learning. That curiosity led me into women's health, menstrual awarness, somatic healing, and eventually to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My own experience showed me how easy it is to become disconnected from our bodies in modern life. It taught me that understanding the cyclical, feminine body is one of the most powerful things we can do for our health, and that life actually gets a lot more fulfilling when you slow right down.
Today, I weave together everything I have learnt along the way: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Yin Yoga, Menstrual Cycle Awareness, and TRE® to offer an Inside Out approach to women’s health.
I hope I get to share everything with you one day.

My cycle healing journey
and why I dedicated my life to this work.
The medical world didn’t seem to have any answers about how to heal my cycle, so, I realised that if I wanted to understand what had happened to my body, I was going to have to figure it out myself.
-
Six months after I stopped taking the pill, I had one excruciatingly painful period and knew something wasn't right. I went to my GP looking for answers, but was told, "We'd only get excited if there was no bleed for a year." I left thinking that maybe having painful, irregular periods wasn't something to worry about.
Over the next few months, I broke out in red, sore spots across my jaw, chin, chest and neck, and my periods became more sporadic and increasingly painful. After a year, I went back to a different GP who diagnosed me with PCOS and told me that the pill was the only way to manage my symptoms. However, I had no PCOS signs apart from an irregular cycle and the pill caused the issues in the first place so this left me feeling disempowered.
The medical world didn’t seem to have any answers about how to heal my cycle, so, I realised that if I wanted to understand what had happened to my body, I was going to have to figure it out myself.
In the early days of that journey, someone gave me a copy of WomanCode by Alisa Vitti. It was the first time I'd learnt about the menstrual cycle and out inner seasons, beyond just having a period each month, and it completely changed the way I saw my body. Instead of feeling like she was working against me, I started to understand that she was communicating with me. If something was up with my cycle, something needed my attention.
I became passionately obsessed with women's health. I learnt about hormones, nutrition, stress, the menstrual cycle and living more in tune with my body, and I haven't really stopped learning since.
I healed my menstrual cycle through education, somatic tools and by changing my lifestyle to support my body, rather than constantly pushing against her. This journey immersed me in women's health education and, as I slowed my own life down, I trained as a Yin Yoga teacher, fell in love with TRE® as a way to release my stress, and I spent years exploring the relationship between stress, the nervous system and the body.
As I learnt more about women's health, I kept coming across acupuncture and the difference it was making for so many women who had been suffering with their cycles. Then, around three years into my own cycle journey, my periods became just one day long. Acupuncture, alongside the lifestyle advice I received during my treatment, helped me rebuild my periods. It was then I decided that this was my next step, to train as an acupuncturist.
Chinese Medicine gave me a completely different lens through which to understand the body, not just as a collection of separate symptoms, but as an interconnected system where every part of the body influences the whole.
Today, my work brings together everything I've learnt along the way. And I hope I get to share it all with you one day.
