Womb Meditation

This practice is an introduction to your womb, to seeing her as a sacred space within you. It’s an opportunity for you to meet and start a whole new relationship together. 

You’ll need a comfy space to lie down, a blanket to lay over you to feel safe and cosy, and to ensure you have 15-minutes of uninterrupted time for yourself. You may like to light a candle and wear an eye mask too.
