Meet Laura
I help you love your body, embrace your cyclical nature and be the fertile vessel you were born to be.
I have been where you are. Disconnected from my body, hating on my period and overly concerned about what I looked like and how I was viewed from the outside (appearance, body image, profession, status).
Through menstrual cycle awareness, yin yoga and holistic lifestyle changes, I started getting curious about my body from the inside out. Thinking more about how I treated her, over how she looked. This new thinking changed everything for me.
I share with you all that I have learnt during my journey to heal my cycle and my relationship with myself, from my extensive study in women’s health, yoga, trauma release and meditation.
I’ve been called the “period whisperer” by many clients who have reclaimed the power of their periods and my yin yoga classes are described as magical, therapeutic spaces.
I support you to slow life down so you can listen to the whispers from within and I will be by your side as you unravel, unwind and come home to your body.
