Ways to Work Together

Using your menstrual cycle as a guide, coaching is an opportunity to lean into a new way of being - supporting the ebbs and flows of your cycle. Your menstrual cycle is a gift — and when you understand her you, you can learn how to work with, rather than against your flow.

TRE® is a somatic practice that releases deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. It is a gentle practice that activates a natural reflex mechanism of tremors within the body. This enables the body and the nervous system to be calmed - restoring physical, emotional and hormonal wellbeing.

Women’s Health Coach, Yin Yoga Teacher & TRE® Practitioner.


I have been studying periods, menstrual cycles, fertility, and the female body since coming off hormonal contraception and losing my period at 27.

Through cyclical living, stress management, and learning how to bio hack like a woman, I slowed down my life, reconnected to my feminine energy and I healed my menstrual cycle. I got off the corporate London travelator and used the wisdom of my body to create a life that I actually wanted to live.

Having trained across a number of different modalities, I offer a whole-body approach based on education, authenticity, and healing the physical and emotional body’s. My goal is to provide you with the tools you need to create accessible lifestyle changes that work for your body and your unique cycle, helping you understand yourself so you can heal menstrual cycle challenges, support your fertility naturally, and and live a life that’s aligned to you.

I truly believe that menstrual cycle awareness is the missing piece in women’s self-care and that it is incredible healing and supportive amidst this busy, masculine, and often disconnected society.

Life is busy and it’s often our self-care that slips, so I have created an on demand, and always open, Yin Yoga Studio for you.

Discover a range of Yin Yoga practices to melt tension from your body and bring you home to yourself after a busy day. The classes range from 5 minutes - 90-minutes, and are suitable for every body.
